    "description": "Together for Children are seeking to award multiple contracts (Accommodation Schemes) for the provision of Supported Accommodation for Young People Aged 16 - 21 Years for Shared or Group Living.\r\n\r\nA bidder can submit multiple offers for Accommodation Schemes (up to four) but can only win a maximum of two Accommodation Schemes*\r\n\r\nFor each Accommodation Scheme a bidder submits, they must submit a bid under the following lots:\r\n\r\nLot 1 - Accommodation Scheme 1\r\nLot 2 - Accommodation Scheme 2\r\nLot 3 - Accommodation Scheme 3\r\nLot 4 - Accommodation Scheme 4\r\n\r\nFor the avoidance of doubt, if a bidder chooses to submit one accommodation scheme offer, they must only submit a bid under Lot 1, if a bidder chooses to submit two accommodation scheme offers, they must only submit a bid on Lot 1 and Lot 2 and so on.\r\n\r\n*Please ensure you read the Contract Details and instructions in full for the evaluation and award criteria.",
