    "description": "Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for the provision of specialist  badger fencing installation works at the Former Hospital Lea Castle site, Kidderminster. The Works are required to secure the existing sports provision and prevent damage from wildlife. \\r\r\nThe anticipated commencement date for the specialist fencing Works is week commencing 31 March 2025 and the Works are envisaged to take 6-8 weeks. Prior to tendering, Suppliers should ensure that they have capacity to commence and deliver the Works in these timescales. \\r\r\nThe Works will be subject to a 12-month defects period following Practical Completion. The Supplier will be required to make good any materials of workmanship which are defective or not in accordance with the Contract.\\r\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system. Suppliers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through Homes Englands eTendering system.
