    "description": "Devon \u0026 Cornwall Police are seeking to establish a contract for the supply, delivery and after-sales support of two models of Ballistic Shields for use by Authorised Firearms  Officers, Specialist Firearms Officers and Counter Terrorist Specialised Firearms Officers.\r\n      At this time the forecast is for Devon \u0026 Cornwall Police however, Avon \u0026 Somerset Police, Dorset Police, Gloucestershire Police and Wiltshire Police are named Forces that may elect to purchase via this contract. \r\n      \r\n      This procurement will be divided up into Lots\r\n      Lot 1 - Large Modular Ballistic Shield\r\n      Lot 2 - Small Individual Ballistic Shield\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Tenderers wishing to submit a tender for this procurement should do so in accordance with the following instructions.
