    "description": "Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC) ,\r\n\r\nThe works delivered to the Authority\u0027s housing stock may span all trades and will be completed in accordance with the referral forms completed by Nottinghamshire County Council\u0027s Occupational Therapy Department and ADC\u0027s internal referral process. Works delivered will be categorised as either \u0027small scale\u0027 or \u0027large scale\u0027 works, which will require completing by the Contractor within the following timeframes:\r\nSmall Scale Adaptations - 10 working days.\r\nLarge Scale Adaptations - 40 working days.\r\nThe definition of what types of works are \u0027small scale and which are \u0027large scale\u0027 is provided in Part 5.\r\nIt is imperative that the successful Contractor has sufficient resources and flexibility to facilitate fluctuating demand to ensure the works can be completed within the timeframes specified above.\r\nFailure to complete these works in accordance with the timeframes specified will be considered default in performance by the Contractor, therefore it\u0027s essential that the Contractor can consistently achieve these targets.",
