    "description": "Ingeus justice services support people in the justice system to successfully transition back into the community through specialist rehabilitative services. We offer a whole-person approach, supporting people with their personal wellbeing, accommodation, health, education and training, employment, and more. \r\n\r\nCommissioned Rehabilitative Services are part of the Ministry of Justice\u0027s probation system and provide flexible, responsive services to help break the cycle of reoffending. \r\n\r\nIngeus currently delivers Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS) in partnership with the probation service and our partners to support and enable successful rehabilitation.\r\n\r\nIngeus is seeking potential supply chain partners for the next iteration of HMPPS Commissioned Rehabilitative Services for men in prison or the community. The ITT for these services is projected to launch in September 2025. \r\n\r\nThese services will assist service users to:\r\n\u2022\tBuild supportive relationships and social networks. This might include family relationships, friends, community groups and peer communities.\r\n\u2022\tConnect to a range of community-based activities and resources that matter to them. This could include volunteering, sport or constructive leisure activities.\r\n\u2022\tProgress towards recovery from drug or alcohol use and gambling.\r\n\u2022\tAchieve and maintain sustainable outcomes in relation to housing, employment and financial management.\r\n\r\nWe are looking for organisations with strong links to, and knowledge of, their local communities and who are able to provide one or more of the following specialisms:\r\n\r\n\u2022\tCommunity Link Work - covering social inclusion, family, emotional well-being and linking participants into local services to enable People on Probation to build stronger, healthier relationships, improve wellbeing, develop their confidence and successfully integrate into communities.\r\n\u2022\tEducation, training and employment - (custody and community) supporting service users to access training and/or sustainable employment \r\n\u2022\tAccommodation support - (custody and community) assisting service users to secure and maintain suitable housing.\r\n\u2022\tFinance, befit and debt - (custody and community) supporting service users to address debt, assess benefit entitlement and better manage personal finances.\r\n\r\nWe welcome applications from SME\u0027s and VCSE\u0027s with strong connections to local communities and who can provide services that support people to live positive lives free from crime. \r\n\r\nWe are also keen to hear from organisations that can demonstrate a strong element of Lived Experience in their ownership structure, their staffing, or their delivery methods.",
