    "description": "Northumberland County Council are seeking proposals for a partner to operate the new facility in Ashington once it is constructed.\r\nIt is expected that the operator (and possible partners or sub-contractors) will run and manage the new centre in line with the Council\u0027s and funder\u0027s\r\nexpectations and requirements, which are broadly grouped around three \r\nthemes:\r\n\u2022 Building Management and Programming\r\n\u2022 Training, skills and apprenticeships\r\n\u2022 Youth provision and activities\r\nNorthumberland County Council has secured significant investment for delivery \r\nof an ambitious regeneration programme in Ashington. This includes funding \r\nfrom HM Government (MHCLG), North East Combined Authority (NECA) and \r\nthe Council.
