    "description": "West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) have been allocated Dept for Transport funding to strengthen its stakeholder engagement. This builds on the already well established \u0027Partnering for Success\u0027 stakeholder engagement workstream developed since autumn 2024. \r\nThis is all forms part of the wider Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) work, with its focus of growing bus us across West Northamptonshire.   \r\nThe BSIP needs to include the gathering of feedback from bus users to help inform future bus service strategy, design and promotion. This workstream includes the gathering of bus user feedback through an initial pulse survey and the creation of a new bus user group.   \r\nThis workstream covers just the period July to September 2025. It is expected a new workstream will start from October 2025. It will be delivered by GO Travel Solutions as a sub-contractor to Edwards \u0026 Edwards via the ESPO Framework.",
