    "description": "Colchester City Council wishes to purchase Garden Waste Collection Service Permits to attach to residential bins to give awareness that they have subscribed to the collection service. We require a number of non-personalised stickers to be sent to our Depot and a number of personalised stickers to be sent out via post, which will be available from November 2025.\r\n      \r\n      Full details of the requirements are detailed within the associated tender documents.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.\r\n        \r\n        The initial contract term is 1st October 2025 to 31st March 2027 (allowing for permits to be provided for the 2026/27 Financial Year).  A further 2 extension periods covering the 2027/28 \u0026 2028/29 Financial Years may be agreed with the successful contractor.\r\n        \r\n        The contract value stated is for the initial contract period only but total contract is value is expected to be \u00a3100,000.00 if current market interest remains.",
