Description

Westminster has a mixed portfolio of housing properties, corporate properties & investment properties where regulation 4, duty to manage under Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 applies. The general requirements for the appointed asbestos consultant are to carry out asbestos management surveys to non-domestic properties to ensure the buildings are safe for routine maintenance and occupation. This will encompass asbestos services including but not limited to:- Management Surveys; Re-inspection Surveys; Refurbishment / Demolition Surveys; Air monitoring; Consultancy and Training provision.
