Following successful collaborative working under the terms of the Head Contract over the last three years, the Trust is seeking to build upon the success of the Provider Collaborative under the renewed Head Contract for 2024/26 which will be underpinned by achieving Quality, Performance, Financial and Patient Experience standards, reported frequently throughout the year.\r\n\r\nProviders have been awarded contracts in accordance with Provider Selection Regime - Direct Award Process A, having met the criteria of being the existing provider (or group of providers) is (are) the only provider(s) that can deliver the health care services within the geographical area of commissioning responsibility.",
