    "description": "*** This is an Award Notice and Not a Call for Competition, this Contract was awarded via RM6232 Facilities Management and Workplace Services - Lot 1a: Total FM with a per annum contract value of up to \u00a31.5M ***\r\n\r\n\r\nUKSBS is a private company limited by shared operating and owned entirely within the \r\npublic sector. It provides back-office services to our owner organisations and has three \r\noffices based in Swindon, Newport and Billingham. \r\n\r\nThe Billingham office is due to be demolished as part of a redevelopment project in the town \r\nso an alternative office location has been sourced in Stockton. \r\n\r\nThe landlord at the new Stockton property only provides Facilities Management services in \r\npublic / communal spaces so UKSBS needs to put in place a contract to support all hard \r\nand soft FM requirements within our demise, with an eye to value for the taxpayer given the \r\npublic funding element. \r\n\r\nThe office space is on the first floor of a building with lift and stair access. The doors will \r\nrequire a pass to allow access. The square meterage of the whole building is 24,994 sq ft of \r\nwhich facilities management is required for one office area with a size of 5,005 sq ft. \r\n\r\nRequirements \r\n\r\nThe following FM services are required under this contract in accordance with the RM6232 \r\nspecification:\r\n\r\nWork Package A - Contract Management \r\nWork Package B - Contract Mobilisation \r\nWork Package D: Carbon Net Zero \r\nWork Package E - Maintenance Services \r\nWork Package F - Waste Services\r\nWork Package I - Cleaning Services \r\nWork Package J - Workplace FM Services \r\nWork Package M: Waste Services \r\nWork Package Q: CAFM Services \r\nWork Package R: Helpdesk Services \r\nWork Package S: Management of Billable Works",
