*** This is an Award Notice and Not a Call for Competition, this Contract was awarded via RM6232 Facilities Management and Workplace Services - Lot 1a: Total FM with a per annum contract value of up to £1.5M *** UKSBS is a private company limited by shared operating and owned entirely within the public sector. It provides back-office services to our owner organisations and has three offices based in Swindon, Newport and Billingham. The Billingham office is due to be demolished as part of a redevelopment project in the town so an alternative office location has been sourced in Stockton. The landlord at the new Stockton property only provides Facilities Management services in public / communal spaces so UKSBS needs to put in place a contract to support all hard and soft FM requirements within our demise, with an eye to value for the taxpayer given the public funding element. The office space is on the first floor of a building with lift and stair access. The doors will require a pass to allow access. The square meterage of the whole building is 24,994 sq ft of which facilities management is required for one office area with a size of 5,005 sq ft. Requirements The following FM services are required under this contract in accordance with the RM6232 specification: Work Package A - Contract Management Work Package B - Contract Mobilisation Work Package D: Carbon Net Zero Work Package E - Maintenance Services Work Package F - Waste Services Work Package I - Cleaning Services Work Package J - Workplace FM Services Work Package M: Waste Services Work Package Q: CAFM Services Work Package R: Helpdesk Services Work Package S: Management of Billable Works
