    "description": "Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC) , in order to form a contract with one Contractor to undertake the installation of Boilers on a Planned and Ad-Hoc basis based on the specification of works, all sites are owned by Ashfield District Council.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Planned and Ad-hoc boiler replacement will consist of circa 50 boiler replacements dependent on final received tendered pricing submissions. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Planned works will consist of 10 pre-planned installations and a rolling re-active Ad-hoc boiler replacement programme aligned to allocated budget.\\r\r\n \\r\r\nThe Project Supervisor will provide 10 initial addresses to the successful Contractor for programming, and the Project Supervisor will issue instructions to Ad-hoc replacements when a boiler is condemned. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Contractor will arrange for a survey to be carried out prior to the commencement of work in all instances, and the Contractor will need to commence the installation of Ad-Hoc installations within 4 working days. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Contractor will arrange with the tenant a mutually convenient time for the survey and whilst on site arrange an appointment for the works to be carried out and inform the tenant of the estimated duration and nature of the works. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Contractor must receive a signed Change of Heating Consent Form (see AP11).\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe services shall be provided by a Single Supplier.\\r\r\nThe value of the contract is approximately \u00a3125,000.00.\\r\r\nThe contract duration will be six (6) months.\\r\r\n",
