    "description": "The GP Practice Clinical Decision Support System will:\r\n\u2022 Provide clinician\u0027s the ability deliver optimised and up to date patient care in a safe and efficient manner;\r\n\u2022 Give clinician\u0027s immediate and easy access to relevant diagnostic, treatment and referral resources;\r\n\u2022 Embed resources seamlessly within the existing patient record in a clear and logical format to support the clinician during their workflows. Information can then be added into the patient record;\r\n\u2022 Support improved decision making to occur effectively and efficiently at the point of patient contact, all based upon the latest evidence based guidelines.\r\n\r\nThe system will also assist GP practices, Primary Care Networks and the ICB provide standardised patient care across organisations, based upon national and local policy and objectives. This helps optimise resource utilisation whilst ensuring best practice and patient safety occurs. The reporting functionality of the system also enables organisations to use business intelligence reports for accurate service evaluation and planning.\r\n\r\nThe Supplier will supply, for both SystmOne and EMIS Web users, the following categories of templates based on national guidelines for:\r\n\u2022 Consultations \u0026 Care Plans\r\n\u2022 Diaries, Scores \u0026 Screening\r\n\u2022 Diagnostic \u0026 Referral Criteria\r\n\u2022 Procedures \u0026 Consent Forms\r\n\u2022 Formularies \u0026 Drug Monitoring (SystmOne only)\r\n\u2022 Clinical Pathways\r\n\u2022 QOF \u0026 National Enhanced Services",
