    "description": "Chemonics Group UK Ltd, which implements the Project \"Partnership Fund for Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) as part of international technical assistance, invites you to submit a tender proposal for the procurement of services for the overhaul of storm sewer No. 1 on Kozatska Street in Novhorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv Region.\r\n PFRU -2 is a multilateral donor program managed by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine.\r\n As part of its project activities, PFRU -2 is seeking a service provider for the overhaul of storm sewer No. 1 on Kozatska Street in Novhorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv Oblast. Please note the following important provisions of the tender:\r\n\u2022\tThe deadline for submitting proposals is August 25, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Kyiv time.\r\n\u2022    All questions regarding the terms of the tender must be submitted no later than August 20, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Kyiv time.\r\n\u2022 All communication regarding the tender shall be conducted exclusively in writing at pfruprocurement@chemonics.com.\r\n\u2022 The PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country.
