    "description": "The A46 Newark Bypass is a complex major infrastructure improvement scheme being developed by National Highways to widen the A46 to dual carriageway from the Farndon Roundabout to the Winthorpe Roundabout.\r\n\r\nThe A46 Newark Bypass scheme requires a traffic management subcontractor able to:\r\n- provide Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to plan the scheme.\r\n- Produce traffic management designs and plans.\r\n- Supply, install and maintain temporary traffic management equipment on the A46.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: If you would like to register your interest in this opportunity, and would be willing to provide budget pricing information to support the overall scheme budget, please complete the attached Expression of Interest form and email to tom.goodwin@skanska.co.uk\r\n\r\nPlease ensure your email subject contains the reference 0100.05 - Traffic Management.\r\n\r\nPlease also include the requested attachments, including company brochure, case studues of similar works, and any Common Assessment Standard (CAS) Certificates for prequalification.",
