    "description": "The strategic independent consultant and advisor to the Operation Soteria programme Elizabeth A Stanko or Professor Emma Williams in her absence will deliver the following Deliverables.\r\nActivities  are as follows:\r\n\u2022\r\nStrategic advisor to the developing work on the NOM;\r\n\u2022\r\nObservations and contributions to the strategic holistic approach.\r\n\u2022\r\nAdvice on the quality of the academic contributions from 6th September 2024 to 31st March 2025 but NOT oversight.\r\n\u2022\r\nAdvice and observations on how the Soteria approach fits with and works for VAWG across the board.\r\n\u2022\r\nParticipation in some of the high-level discussions with key partners.\r\n\u2022\r\nPresentations on the NOM and Op Soteria to conferences inside and outside policing.\r\n\u2022\r\nAdvice on academic proposals that might be submitted by others which have synergy for VAWG and RASSO.\r\n\u2022\r\nAdvise on the strategic steer for implementation and the way of using strategic oversight and assurance mechanisms to steer change.",
