Description

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) inclusive of its executive agency, the Valuation Office Agency (VOA), require the use of a subscription agency to procure access to key subscription services for online newspapers, magazine articles, books, and research tools to carry out their routine day-to-day work. The VOA also requires the agency to organise delivery of physical copies of certain publications to both remote and office locations affiliated with the VOA. The contract term is a five (5) year fixed term, with an optional break clause after an initial period of three (3) years.
