    "description": "For full details including an anticipated schedule of work and application details please see attached document.\r\n\r\nThe Poetry Society (TPS) is tendering for service providers to work with us in replacing an end-of-life manual database with a fully integrated CRM, modernising a 10-year-old website for greater accessibility/discoverability.\r\n \r\nThe work will have 5 phases (see II.2.4 for expanded detail): \r\n \r\n\u2022\tDiscovery \r\n\u2022\tUser Experience Design \r\n\u2022\tTechnical Development \r\n\u2022\tTraining and Implementation \r\n\u2022\tFuture support / ongoing learning \r\n \r\nProcess and programme \r\n\r\n\u2022\tThe work is expected to take place over 18 months during 2025 and 2026 \r\n\u2022\tThe work will be carried out in partnership with TPS staff and will require significant engagement with external stakeholders and partners. \r\n\u2022\tThe supplier will have regular meetings with TPS project lead and provide updates on progress, identifying issues as they arise and seeking to actively overcome them in collaboration with TPS \r\n \r\nThe supplier is required to provide the following deliverables and services: \r\n \r\n\u2022\tWork with TPS to plan and implement discovery process  \r\n\u2022\tProvide wireframe for website re-design centring optimal user experience and accessibility \r\n\u2022\tImplement web build and technical development of integrated CRM, updated webshop requirements and submissions portal \r\n\u2022\tTransfer legacy database data to new CRM \r\n\u2022\tProvide sessions of training for TPS users \r\n\u2022\tProvide de-snagging service once live \r\n \r\nThe supplier must be able to provide and demonstrate strong project management skills and experience in delivering the above digital infrastructure to the agreed schedule.\r\n\r\nValue as given is exclusive of VAT.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: In addition to the main site, poetrysociety.org.uk, we have the associated microsites\r\n\r\nhttps://poems.poetrysociety.org.uk/\r\nhttps://npc.poetrysociety.org.uk/\r\nhttps://ypn.poetrysociety.org.uk/\r\nhttps://waterlines.org.uk/",
