    "description": "The Authority is seeking to appoint a single Contractor for a complete fuel management system including the following:\r\n      - Removal, installation and disposal services\r\n      - Equipment / Hardware supply\r\n      - Software provision\r\n      - Maintenance / Customer Support\r\n      - Reporting\r\n      - Call outs / repairs\r\n      \r\n      The Authority proposes to enter into into the Contract for a period of 4 years with the Potential Supplier. The Authority has made provision for the option to extend the Contract beyond its initial term for a further period or periods not exceeding 15 years in total. Any awarded extensions will be made in 12-month intervals.",
