    "description": "To strip out and refurbish 2no paediatric oncology rooms to the requirements specified within the scope of works documents. The contractor Must evidence their suitability for this project as per the supplementary questionnaire and be able to commence works by mid-March 2025 (subject to receipt of purchase order). They must also be in a position to complete ALL works within a period of four/five weeks and accommodate other contractors carrying out specific works (e.g. medical gases and nurse call installation). Due to the nature of the patients within these rooms, access will not be readily available prior to commencement of the works. To mitigate against this, numerous photographs have been included within this pack as well as room plans with measurements. The contingency sum has also been elevated to 15% to allow for this.",
