Description

THIS NOTICE IS ON BEHALF OF WINCHESTER CITY COUNCIL. Winchester City Council have awarded a dual supplier contract to provide enforcement agent services under a nil subsidy contract from April 2025. This is a below threshold Concession Contract and Winchester City Council is unable to guarantee any value or income to the service providers over the total contract length of five years.
