    "description": "14/126 Weston Super Mare - Wells\r\n      \r\n      Somerset Council in Partnership with North Somerset Council wish to tender Service 126. \r\n      \r\n      We are accepting the following options for bids: \r\n      Option 1 - Operate 2 buses all year round. \r\n      \r\n      Option 2 - THREE BUSES (First Week of April to last week of October, reverting to OPTION 1 First Week of November to last week of March). \r\n      \r\n      Option 3 - THREE BUSES (All Year)  \r\n      \r\n      Patronage between Jan 2024 and Dec 2024 was 94,110\r\n      \r\n      Options: \r\n      1 - Cost Basis (SC Retains fares) \r\n      2 - Subsidy Basis (Operator retains fares) \r\n      \r\n      \r\n      Please make it clear on your bid your preferred option(s). \r\n      \r\n      Variant bids based on vehicles provided by the approved supplier are welcome. Please clearly indicate the vehicle size on any variant bid.\r\n      \r\n      Service to begin on 7th April 2025. Contract end date is 4th April 2025.\r\n      This service will be funded using BSIP funding, which is currently only confirmed until March 2026.\r\n      \r\n      Start Date: 7th April 2025 End Date: 04th April 2026. Option for extension: Somerset Council retains an option to extend the contract up to a period of 12 months should funding allow.\r\n      \r\n      Tender will close at 12:00pm on Friday, 7th February 2025.",
