    "description": "Havering Council intends to commence a tender exercise for the award of a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply of frozen foods and groceries to several local authorities who provide in-house school catering services. This agreement will be made available to members of the Procurement Across London (PAL) catering group currently comprising of multiple East London authorities, with the option of other London Boroughs joining.\r\n\r\nMain site or place of performance:\r\nSchools, Academies, and Council Premises within the London Boroughs of Havering, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Thurrock Unitary and others.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Framework Scope: The framework will coverassorted frozen foods, groceries, and other essential food supplies required for in-house school catering services.\r\n\r\nEstimated Total Value\r\n\u2022 The framework is anticipated to have a total estimated value of \u00a327,000,000 over a duration of 3 + 1 years.\r\n\r\nTo participate in this procurement, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Oracle Fusion e-tendering portal.
