    "description": "This is a standalone opportunity to develop an Energy Opportunities, Supply Chains and Infrastructure Prospectus aimed at both Government, Crown Estate and business. This should highlight energy opportunities, related supply chains, skills and infrastructure, focusing strongly on Floating Offshore Wind, hydrogen potential and ports. It should cover Devon, Torbay and Plymouth, linking strategically to any new Local Growth Plans, with a strong focus on the Northern Devon offer and where relevant the related Plymouth offer, including from the Plymouth and South Devon Freeport. This should include, if possible, an element of modeling and mapping of potential employment and skills quantums and also where possible link to the local defence sector.\r\n\r\nThe bidders should be able to produce documents in a format and style that aligns with Crown Estate and Government department needs, plus be attractive to businesses that wish to invest. An awareness of the need to pitch in a style to both people who need detail and to those who are limited in time is required.\r\n\r\nThe intention is for a final document to be produced by end March 2025, informed by and in close alignment with the release of the Government\u0027s Industrial Strategy, an emerging Devon and Torbay Local Growth Plan and where relevant, the emerging North Devon and Torridge Green Hydrogen Route Map",
