    "description": "Call-off via a further competition under Crown Commercial Services RM6098 Technology Products and Associated Services 2 Framework Agreement, Lot 2 Hardware, for the provision of End User Devices (EUD) and Associated Services. \r\nThe contract will be for an initial 4-year period with an option to extend for two further 12 months periods (4+1+1). \r\nThe Supplier is to provide End User Devices as defined by the Council throughout the life of the contract. This will support the various worker profiles/styles of employees within the organisation. \r\nThe Supplier is to provide an extensive and wide range of multi manufacturer enterprise/business grade EUDs and associated services including: \r\n\u2022 EUDs including desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones and any other hardware that an end user can use to interact with their data and applications; \r\n\u2022 Product Asset Management including asset tagging, identification, utilisation reporting, addition, change and removal of assets into asset management systems via CSV or similar; \r\n\u2022 Product/Infrastructure Management Services including break fix, repair and upgrades; \r\n\u2022 Buy Back service that includes secure disposal, data wiping, refurbishing, remanufacturing and/or recycling of Hardware; and \r\n\u2022 Logistics, stock and warehousing solutions including delivery to end users.\r\nTotal value of awarded contract is maximum spend for definitive period of 4 years. Estimated minimum spend for definitive period of 4 years is \u00a33,700,000 based on minimum order quantities.",
