Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT) is currently looking to appoint a Contractor for the carrying out of day-to-day repairs, void works and planned works to JRHT properties. JRHT own and manage 2,686 properties JRHT's development strategy will see us expand our stock by approximately 700 properties by 2030. These additional units will be within 1 hour of York and will form part of this contract JRHT deliver an estimated 70% of maintenance work on their properties through directly via a DLO. The remaining 30% will be delivered via this contract. The tendering Contractors should note that emergency repairs (repairs within 24 hours) are not included in this contract and will be dealt with by JRHT's DLO.
