This will move the PQQ/ITT into your \u0026apos;My PQQs/My ITTs page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only. 2.5 - You can now access any attachments by clicking \u0026apos;Buyer Attachments\u0026apos; in the \u0026apos;PQQ/ITT Details\u0026apos; box. 3. Responding to the tender: 3.1 - Click \u0026apos;My Response\u0026apos; under PQQ/ITT Details\u0026apos;, you can choose to \u0026apos;Create Response\u0026apos; or to \u0026apos;Decline to Respond\u0026apos; (please give a reason if declining). 3.2 - You can now use the \u0026apos;Messages\u0026apos; function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. 3.3 - Note the deadline for completion, and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT.
