Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) requires the services of a supplier to provide Christmas Illuminations, a Christmas Market and Ice Rink for the Bournemouth Christmas Tree Wonderland within Bournemouth Town Centre, Lower Gardens and Pier Approach.\\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r It is expected that the supplier will use revenue gained from both the Christmas Market and Ice Rink to arrange the lighting displays that are focused within the Lower Gardens and Pier Approach.\\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r The successful supplier will be required to work closely with the Council on this project ensuring transparency in accounts and working practices.\\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r The anticipated start date of the contract is 15th January 2025.The Contract will be for 5 years with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years (5+1+1).\\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r The estimated value of turnover to be generated from the Christmas Market and Ice Rink elements of this contract is £825,000 per annum.\\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r Please note that this turnover value is an estimation only and the Council are unable to guarantee any value of turnover throughout the contract term.\\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r The estimated value of the Christmas Illuminations element of the contract will be £200,000 per annum. It is expected that the supplier will use revenue gained from both the Christmas Market and Ice Rink for the costs associated with the Christmas Illuminations.
