    "description": "Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of ad-hoc repair works to service its 10,500 tenanted properties.\r\n\r\nSwindon Borough Council is establishing a framework for the provision of ad-hoc repair works to service its 10,500 tenanted properties. The framework will consist of 11 lots across a number of different works categories with the maximum value of any single call-off not exceeding \u00a325,000 (exclusive of VAT). \r\n\r\nThe maximum framework term will be 48 months. The estimated total value of each lot and the maximum number of suppliers appointed to each lot is as follows:\r\n\r\n\tLot 1 - Electrical: \u00a32,929,628: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 2 - Gas: \u00a32,285,600: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 3 - Environmental: \u00a3779,684: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 4 - Windows \u0026 Doors: \u00a32,310,776: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 5 - Roofing: \u00a31,468,192: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 6 - Flooring: \u00a3938,064: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 7 - Drainage: \u00a31,600,000: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 8 - Scaffolding: \u00a32,130,000: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 9 - General Repairs: \u00a38,000,000: 5 suppliers\r\n\tLot 10 - Fencing: \u00a31,354,932: 3 suppliers\r\n\tLot 11 - Wet Trades: \u00a32,000,000: 5 suppliers\r\n\r\nFull details relating to the Lots are provided in the tender documents.\r\n\r\nTo participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
