Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, herein referred to as the Employer, require the developer to undertake the design and construction of 84 residential units on the site of the old Magistrates Court in Sale, Trafford. Please refer to the drawings, specifications and remaining Employer's Requirements for the full scope of works. \r \r The Development includes 38 apartments in two blocks, one three storeys, one four storeys, plus 40 townhouses and six semi-detached houses.
