    "description": "TfGM have a requirement for the procurement of software licences, products and services, which are required in order to ensure TfGM staff can access the required software - this is done via a Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement. \r\n\r\nTfGM had a need to implement a short term contract (until June 2026) to provide the above service.\r\n\r\nEstablishing a contract for a software VAR contract fits into the TfGM Business Plan Framework as it touches on two of the five objectives directly - Operate and sustain a safe, green customer-centric, integrated transport system and Build an inclusive, high performing organisation with a skilled and engaged workforce. \r\n\r\nTfGM undertook a competition exercise using CCS Technology Products \u0026 Associated Services 2 Framework (RM6098) Lot 3 - Software. \r\n\r\nThe estimated (not guaranteed) spend over this contract term is \u00a32.7 million.",
