    "description": "Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust invites Contractors, with a proven track record of working on Listed Buildings and with Charities, to tender for Phase 2 (Main works) at The Iron Duke, Jellicoe Road, Great Yarmouth.\r\n\r\nThe Project has an anticipated construction budget of \u00a32,100,000.00 following successful NLHF \u0026 Historic England HAR funding approval and aims to be on site late-October 2025.\r\n\r\nInterested Contractors should be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to form a cohesive working relationship with the client, design team and adopt an open book form of accounting.\r\n\r\nAll expressions of interest should be made by email and received on or before Friday 15th August 2025 and sent to Ben Moore [ben@gcba.co.uk].\r\n\r\nA prequalification questionnaire will then be issued with a response required within ten working days (Friday 29th August). A Pre-Construction Information pack will be issued in early September.",
