    "description": "The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Construction Consultancy Services (2025) provides a broad range of professional consultant services to support ENP Members/Licensees. \r\n\r\nThese services include various consultancy and specialist services, principally for construction related services for social housing, public sector and commercial buildings, and specialist areas such renewable energy services.
