    "description": "Portsmouth City Council  is inviting tenders from interested contractors on Lot 11 of the Hyde Building \u0026 Fire Safety Framework to undertake fire remediation works at Ladywood House (1-136), Southsea \r\n      PO5 4JN\r\n      \r\n      The fire remediation project will be procured using a two-stage procurement process. The initial stage will be governed by the JCT Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA), under which the successful contractor will work collaboratively with the client and design team to develop the design, programme, cost plan, Building Safety Regulator Application and any other activities required to progress to the construction phase.\r\n      \r\n      Upon satisfactory completion of the pre-construction phase, and subject to agreement on key deliverables including cost, programme, and risk allocation, the contractor will be appointed under a JCT Design and Build Contract to deliver the construction phase of the project.
