We provide tailored support to help participants progress in their journey, to deal with their barriers and move into sustainable employment.\r\n\r\nSeetec require a provider who can deliver ESOL, Functional Skills, digital skills, employability, and employment enabling accreditations attached to employers with guaranteed interviews.  Training will be delivered across the Southwest and Uxbridge for unemployed learners looking to move back into work.  \r\n\r\nESOL and Functional Skills needs to include elements of employability to ensure that the focus remains on finding employment.  Overall objective is to improve learners\u0027 level of English to in turn, improve their employment prospects.  Learners are on programme for a limited time, so the teaching needs to be intensive to reduce the time taken to complete the qualification.  Learners will be various different nationalities, and the teaching needs to accommodate different levels of capability. \r\n\r\nRouteways should include sector-specific training, and the provider should have links to employers to offer guaranteed interviews at course completion to support participants into sustainable employment. \r\n\r\nThe training interventions required include, but are not limited to:\r\n\r\nESOL and Functional Skills:\r\n\u2022\tEntry Level 1 (E1) - Basic foundation skills.\r\n\u2022\tEntry Level 2 (E2) - Slightly more advanced than E1.\r\n\u2022\tEntry Level 3 (E3) - The highest Entry Level.\r\n\u2022\tLevel 1 (L1) - Equivalent to a GCSE grade D-G (3-1).\r\n\u2022\tLevel 2 (L2) - Equivalent to a GCSE grade A*-C (9-4).\r\nRouteways into employment:\r\n\u2022\tLevel 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety.\r\n\u2022\tLevel 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety Supervision.\r\n\u2022\tLevel 3 Extended Certificate in Spectator Safety Supervision.\r\n\u2022\tLevel 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety Management.\r\nOther training:\r\n\u2022\tNon accredited employability and digital skills.\r\n\u2022\tAny other courses or qualifications that would support customers into employment.\r\n\r\nThe delivery locations are:\r\n\r\nBath, Bristol, Wiltshire, Swindon, Plymouth, Weston Super Mare, Barnstaple, Exeter, Bridgwater, Torbay, Cornwall, Yeovil, Poole, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Southampton, Isle of Wight, Havant, Gosport and Uxbridge.\r\n\r\nThe provider must be able to deliver in all the above premises.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Seetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received and the successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners.\r\n\r\nPayment Mechanism:\r\nSpot purchase basis with no guaranteed volumes. Seetec hold contracts across several government departments, spanning multiple geographies across the South West and England.\r\n\r\nSeetec Contracting entity:\r\nSeetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC)\r\n\r\nThis procurement is to deliver services in the Southwest and Uxbridge.
