    "description": "London Energy require works to 4 area of the Boiler house Roof \r\n\r\nPlease see below description of works. Visual and physical barriers to 2no ~8x6m sections of roof \r\nThree sunken areas of roof have been patched and waterproofed from above. We now need visual \r\nand physical barriers to these areas to stop anyone walking from above. Two ~8x6m areas to be barriered off \r\n\r\nRequirement: \r\n- Paint: Hazard striped paint (yellow and black diagonal lines) to 8x6m area of roof \r\n- Barriers: Chain barriers around perimeter, 2 rows, suitable for high winds. \r\n- Signage: \"Danger, Keep out, fragile roof\" signage, or similar\r\n\r\n2. Steel re-enforcement to underside of 1 off 4x4m section of steel decking \r\nOne sunken area of roof has visible deterioration on the steel decking underside. Whilst no one will \r\nbe walking from above, we want additional strengthening to this area, to mitigate risk of collapse \r\nfrom e.g. snowfall, while also keeping the ability to visually inspect from below. \r\n\r\nRequirement: \r\n- Clean and paint: Clean up and fire proof painting of existing deteriorated area of underside \r\nsteel decking (approx. 2x3m) \r\n- Brackets: Mount several brackets from either steel beam, laid between the ridges, spaced at \r\n~200mm intervals (or alternative suggestion), taking care not to pierce the roof membrane\r\n\r\n3. Repair unadhered membrane to upstand. \r\nA large area of unadhered roofing membrane is present at the upstand. We now need this to be \r\nrepaired. Approx 8 x 2m area, to mitigate risk of water ingress and damage to roof. \r\n\r\nRequirement: \r\n- Repair: Remove old felt membrane and lay new\r\n\r\n4. Level out flood-prone area \r\nAn approx. 12x1m area is prone to flooding. We require this to be levelled out so the water flows out of \r\nthe area \r\n\r\nRequirement: \r\n- Works to level out the area to avoid it flooding during heavy rainfall \r\n\r\nSchedule \r\nWorks to be completed during November 2025 \r\nRAMS\r\nRAMS required prior to commencing any works, \r\nPricing \r\nPlease provide individual pricing and details of what will be provided: \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA354019.
