    "description": "The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Scaffolding and Associated Services (2025) provide a broad range of scaffolding, temporary access, mobile platform and associated services to support ENP Member/Licensees.\r\n\r\nThis DPS are principally for social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings.
