    "description": "This Request for Information (RFI) sets out the Trust\u0027s situation and objectives in respect of manufacture and installation of interpretation upgrades across the Mourne area of Northern Ireland (NI). The Trust seeks initial information from a range of bidders as to possible solutions, capacity, capability and relevant experience.    \r\nAn Interpretation Masterplan was developed earlier in 2025 for the Mourne Gullion Strangford Global Geopark area. The existing interpretative provision varies from the dated and almost unreadable through to recent and high quality panels. It is characterised by many different styles and there is no overall \u0027brand\u0027. The Mourne Gullion Strangford Geopark Interpretation Masterplan provides a unified approach to the whole area to determine how interpretation that is unique, specialised and memorable can be introduced across the whole landscape. \r\nFollowing on from development of the Interpretation Masterplan, Forever Mournes have secured funding to implement priority upgrades to interpretation across the Mourne area (cluster).\r\nThe outcomes of this commission are to manufacture and install the identified priority interpretation upgrades across the Mourne area.  \r\nTender timescale (RFI)\r\n\u2022\tRFI issued to tenderers: 21 November 2025 \r\n\u2022\tRFI return deadline: 12pm, 12 December 2025 \r\n\u2022\tAssessment of RFI: between 15 - 19 December 2025\r\nTimescales (for delivery of the goods or services)\r\n\u2022\tRFP2 issued to tenderers: 14 January 2026 (indicative)\r\n\u2022\tRFP2 return deadline: 12pm, 28 January 2026 (indicative)\r\n\u2022\tAssessment of RFP2: between 29 - 30 January 2026\r\n\u2022\tAnticipated appointment: 30 January 2026 \r\n\u2022\tServices to commence: week commencing 2 February 2026 \r\n\u2022\tOutputs to be provided no later than: 31 March 2026\r\n\r\nThis opportunity is being conducted on the Proactis Plaza portal.\r\nhttps://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/\r\n\r\nClick on the \"Opportunities\" button and filter on\r\nCustomer name - The National Trust\r\nAll communication is to be carried out via the Proactis portal.\r\nParticipating Suppliers will bear their own costs, and seek appropriate advice, for the preparation of their response.",
