    "description": "Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the \"Council\") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for a VCSE provider who will  oversee the development, coordination and delivery of the local area offer. Kirklees Council want to build on the work of the current Families Together area partnerships who work with voluntary and community sector providers including anchor organisations.\r\nPlease see attached Specification (Appendix 1).\r\nThis contract is anticipated to commence on 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2026, with the option to extend for a further two (2) x twelve (12) months to 31st March 2028 subject to available funding. \r\nThis is a fixed price contract for the Services to be awarded. The budget is twenty-five thousand (\u00a325,000) per Lot per annum.\r\nIt is an essential requirement that you are a Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector organisation and can provide examples of direct work with children, young people, and families and an in- depth knowledge of the community you are applying for.\r\nIn order to meet its requirements, the Council has divided the Service into 4 Lots for the Geographical Areas see below:\r\nLot\tArea\r\n1\tHuddersfield\r\n2\tDewsbury \u0026 Mirfield\r\n3\tBatley \u0026 Spenborough\r\n4\tKirklees Rural\r\n(Colne \u0026 Holme Valleys, Denby Dale \u0026 Kirkburton)\r\n\r\nAdditional information: It is an essential requirement that you are a Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector organisation and can provide examples of direct work with children, young people, and families and an in- depth knowledge of the community you are applying for.",
