It is being replaced with a range of specialist services contracts, with some operational activities and service management being brought in-house.  This transformation will be complex with several critical work-strands to demobilise and remobilise to form a new FM service from 01/10/22. Due to the complex nature of the change and limited capacity and capability in-house, it is proposed that MM is engaged to support and drive the delivery of the demobilisation/remobilisation phase of work.  The key objective is getting the service \"match fit\" for this new FM arrangement, to maximise value and enable a successful transition to the new model, realising the benefits anticipated and mitigating the identified risks.",
