    "description": "Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Electric Vehicle Car Clubs across Suffolk.\r\n      \r\n      The Contract is for the commissioning of 20 Car Club electric vehicles across 10 locations across Suffolk. The Contract will operate as a Concessions Contract.\r\n      \r\n      This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of portal.
