Description

AAIB Eelmoor Bridge - Bridge Replacement Eeelmoor bridge spans the Basingstoke Canal providing access for vehicles to the Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) and Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) headquarters adjacent to Farnborough Airport. The current bridge is in poor condition and capacity is limited to 3.5 Tonnes. This hampers the AAIB and RAIB in their operations as all larger loads now have to travel to their headquarters across Farnborough Airport.
