    "description": "The Active Travel team has an immediate requirement for technical consultancy support. This is with the remit of maximising  funding opportunities and to deliver high quality infrastructure. \r\nThe purpose of setting up a 12-month Active Travel Technical Support Commission is to expand the Active Travel Hub\u0027s capacity/capability in supporting the WMCA\u0027s  Local Authorities on design assurance for CRSTS(City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement) schemes. This will ensure compliance with grant conditions. A team of technical support specialists graded against role are required with a creative engineering viewpoint. The longer-term plan is that these skills are established within the core team and TfWM therefore require the upskilling of the current team to be a feature of this commission.",
