    "description": "The purpose of this procurement specification is to acquire an audio-video specialist to supply a Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) platform that ensures seamless communication, collaboration, and meeting experiences with the Councils existing MTR platform. \r\n      \r\n      The solution should provide high-quality video conferencing, audio clarity, ease of use, and integration with Microsoft Teams software.
