    "description": "North Hertfordshire District Council (the \"Authority\") is procuring on behalf of itself and East Hertfordshire Council.  The two Councils run a shared service for Waste Collections, Recycling and Street cleansing.  The Authority invites expressions of interest from suitability qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of its Waste Collection, Recycling and Street Cleansing Services Contract (the \"Contract\").\r\n      \r\n      The services under the Contract will include waste collection and recycling services, street cleansing services, and other supporting services (including depot and waste transfer services, container management, and customer care).  \r\n      In addition to the core elements of the services, there are a number of services which are included in the procurement and in the potential scope of the Contract, which are more fully set out in the procurement documents, and referred to as \u0027Anticipated Changes\u0027. \r\n      The Authority intends to make site(s) available for the provision of the services. In relation to the provision of vehicles and any provision of finance for vehicles, interested applicants are referred to the procurement documentation for information.",
