    "description": "The Children and Young People\u0027s Therapeutic Service will provide specialist services for those children and young people who have witnessed or suffered domestic abuse and are now living in a safe environment. The Services will provide a coordinated package of care and support that takes individual preferences and needs into account. The Services will include therapeutic play/ needs led interventions to improve safety and wellbeing, ensuring the support matches the child\u0027s developmental stage.  The Service will provide an intervention for children and young people with a variety of difficulties caused by domestic abuse, including emotional or behavioural difficulties, depression, fear, anxiety, relationship difficulties. \r\n\r\nThis contract is being tendered under the Procurement Contract Regulations 2015. For the avoidance of doubt the Procurement Act 2023 does not apply to this tender or any subsequent award.",
