    "description": "Birmingham City Council (the Council) is carrying out a further competition exercise using ESPO 777_22 Framework Agreement Cleaning Materials and Janitorial Supplies inviting tenders from all approved suppliers included within the aforementioned agreement. The Council will enter into a contract under the terms of the original framework agreement for the requirement with the preferred supplier(s).  This contract will commence November 2024. The resulting contract will be for a period of 4 years.\r\n       \r\n      You are invited to submit a response to the further competition exercise for the Supply and Delivery of Cleaning Materials and Janitorial Supplies.\r\n      \r\n      The deadline for return of tender submissions will be 12 noon on 13th September 2024.",
