    "description": "Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a Principal Contractor to carry works to improve the Special Educational Needs provision at Kington Primary School, HR5 3AL.\r\n\r\nImprovement works include:\r\n\u2022\tConstruction of a Hygiene Room extension and a Physiotherapy room extension;\r\n\u2022\tRemodelling of existing staff WC to provide an accessible toilet;\r\n\u2022\tExternal works to provide level access including ramps, steps and landings.\r\n\r\nSome elements of disruptive works will need to be delivered outside of school hours/school holidays. The works to the construct the Hygiene Room extension and Physiotherapy Room extension and the localised internal remodelling can be carried out with some limitations during term time.
