Amber Valley Borough Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to deliver a detailed feasibility study for the disused Science Block in Heanor. The building is in a very prominent location and is seen as a blight on the landscape and an eyesore. That alone is not sufficient evidence to invest in the site.
