    "description": "The contract is for the provision of Media Monitoring and Evaluation Services, more fully described below, to the BBC. The BBC is acting on its own behalf and as an agent to the BBC Group. Any reference in this document to the BBC shall be deemed to include a reference to the BBC Group and constituent entities unless the context requires otherwise.\r\n\r\nPress Monitoring - monitoring of specified keywords and topics within print content and mainstream online news, trade, consumer, local and regional media including delivery of results and reports to the BBC.\r\n\r\nHuman-driven Evaluation and Analysis - the evaluation and analysis of the results of monitoring through human review, including delivery of results and reports to the BBC; and\r\n\r\nEvaluation and Analysis - automated assessment of the media monitoring results data including instant user access to reports on the BBC.\r\n\r\nThere will be an initial term of 24 months with a possible extension of a further 12 months.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nPlease register your interest in this project by taking the following steps: 1 - Register your company on the Jaggaer eSourcing portal (this is only required once): 1.1 Go to https://bbc.bravosolution.co.uk 1.2 - Click the link on the login page to register. 1.3 Accept the terms and conditions and click \u0026apos;Continue\u0026apos;. 1.4 - Enter your correct business and user details. 1.5 - Note the username you chose and click \u0026apos;Save\u0026apos; when complete. 1.6 - You will shortly receive an email with your temporary password. 2 - Express an interest in the tender: 2.1 - Login to the portal with the username/password. 2.2 - Click the \u0026apos;PQQs/ITTs Open to all Suppliers\u0026apos; link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier). 2.3 - Click on the relevant PQQ/ITT to access the content. 2.4 - Click the \u0026apos;Express Interest\u0026apos; button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ/ITT into your \u0026apos;My PQQs/My ITTs page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only. 2.5 - You can now access any attachments by clicking \u0026apos;Buyer Attachments\u0026apos; in the \u0026apos;PQQ/ITT Details\u0026apos; box. 3. Responding to the tender: 3.1 - Click \u0026apos;My Response\u0026apos; under PQQ/ITT Details\u0026apos;, you can choose to \u0026apos;Create Response\u0026apos; or to \u0026apos;Decline to Respond\u0026apos; (please give a reason if declining). 3.2 - You can now use the \u0026apos;Messages\u0026apos; function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. 3.3 - Note the deadline for completion, and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT. There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). 3.4 You must then submit your reply using the \u0026apos;Submit Response\u0026apos; button at the top of the page.
